Represented an investor before the Investment and Trade Court in a claim to rescind an investment agreement in a commercial venture. Obtained a final judgment ordering full refund of the invested capital together with compensation for the harm caused by the counterparty's non-performance, with immediate enforcement ordered.
Acted for purchasers of a multi-use unit in a long-delayed off-plan development. Obtained a Court of Cassation ruling clarifying the jurisdictional limits of the Real Estate Development Committee.

Advised a family on the restructuring of its holding company in the Qatar Financial Centre, including bespoke articles of association aligned with the family’s governance charter.
Drafted shareholders agreements for a number of companies, including a mainland company and a technology venture, covering capital contributions, founder equity, board composition, transfer restrictions and pre-emption, reserved matters, exit mechanics, and tiered dispute resolution, with the Arabic legal drafting required for filing.
Advised the mainland party on a bilateral joint venture with a QFC-registered counterparty, negotiating governance, reserved matters, payment mechanics, exit rights, and the jurisdictional interface between the QFC and mainland courts.
Advised on the Shari’a-compliant distribution of a substantial multi-heir estate, including calculation of heir shares across real estate, business interests, and liquid assets, reconciliation of heir-level figures with the court’s determination, and resolution of differences between family members.
Acted for an individual in recovering sums paid under a commercial lease he had signed as nominal tenant, establishing the actual tenant company’s liability on the strength of its written acknowledgment.

Acted for the contractor before the Investment and Trade Court in recovering the final payment on an industrial construction contract, defeating both the employer’s defence that an unexpired maintenance period deferred payment and its counterclaim in full.
Obtained rescission of an off-plan reservation against a real estate developer for failure to complete on time, with a full refund of the price paid, the return of the buyer’s security cheques, and compensation — the judgment declared immediately enforceable.
Acted for a buyer against a real estate developer that refused to repay the sums due under an agreed rescission of an off-plan reservation. Defeated challenges to the court’s jurisdiction and to the buyer’s standing, and overcame the developer’s reliance on a "full and final settlement" clause, securing repayment in full, the return of the outstanding security cheques, and compensation.
Represented investors before the Investment and Trade Court in rescinding investment agreements where the counterparty failed to perform, recovering the invested capital in full together with damages.
Represented an individual in civil proceedings against a trading company for the recovery of rental arrears paid on his behalf as the nominal tenant under a commercial lease.
Represented a wholesale supplier in Investment and Trade Court proceedings against a retail operator for the recovery of unpaid commercial invoices and damages for delayed payment.
